Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is completed. Standard delivery time is approximately 5-20 working days, depending on your region.

Shipping rates on The Mojo Mecca vary due to the various locations of the products we share. 

Please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping address and telephone number, or notify us immediately if you have made a mistake in your details.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your package's tracking number.

Please be aware that any customs/tax charges in your country are your responsibility.

Express Shipping: If you would prefer faster shipping, please email us to request it. 

Please also be aware that it is your responsibility to track the package and make arrangements to be available when delivery is expected. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. If you have not received your package please contact your local post office (according to the shipping method) before you contact us.
